Hello,
In preparation for the upcoming caucus on Thursday, I am sending a proposed agenda for you all, most of you have done this many times so feel free to disregard it; however it does have all the information I have for the higher assemblies dates/times/locations, in case people want to know that before signing up. I am attaching the portion of the bylaws that talk about precinct caucus', I've had several questions about how delegates and alternates are selected so I have highlighted that portion.
There are also two flyers from CD4 candidates that they asked me to pass on to you all for caucus.
Reminder: the LCR CC meeting to turn in caucus paperwork is Monday, March 11, 7:00 p.m. at the Moose Roost Meeting Room, if you are unable to attend this meeting you MUST get your paperwork to either Ardith or myself before then.
Last, I am attaching the Call to Assembly, we will send this again to all the delegates and alternates.
Please call Ardith or myself if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Mindy Dutro
Lincoln County Republicans
Secretary
Hi everyone,
Sorry to keep sending you emails, I’ve had a question regarding preregistration for caucus, people are not required to pre register, those that pre register would appear on the sign in sheet for your precinct. However since those lists went out a couple weeks ago you wouldn’t see anyone that registers after the lists were printed unless you get another list from me tomorrow.
Mindy
